I've always enjoyed going to this location. They always have the work shoe I prefer to wear in stocks. Today, I was helped by the lovely cashier, Kelsey! I had informed her I needed a pair of work shoes asap because mine had fallen apart over the weekend. I was in a tight budget and knew buying shoes would break my savings! She did me a sweet favor and put a promo code on my order. This helped me drastically! Now I've got a nice pair of work shoes and money left over! A very satisfying experience

I went in looking for western type boots like Ariat for women's size 9. Steph was attentive ,knowledgeable helpful, cheerful and wasn't glued to her cellphone like another clothing store right next door to this business. She was so awesome in helping me order them from her store since they didn't have any in. She even let me look through inventory online with their computer. She helped me find the boots I needed and in my price point . They even beat cavenders, atwoods and BootBarn prices on same boots. I had been looking for the exact pair I ordered from this store since Spring time and she found them. I also bought boots back during Christmas and they were supper helpful then too. I'll definitely be shopping here more for my shoes now thanks to quality of service from the staff , prices and especially because of Steph. Thanks again girl! I do wish yall carried more round/oval shoelaces in cool colors though ;)

Coming in was my last ditch effort to find a shoe to wear to my Americana themed gender reveal. The entire outfit and shoes I had originally ordered two weeks prior to our event both got pushed back in delivery and wouldn’t be arriving until after our gender reveal. So I was pretty bummed coming into Shoe Sensation the day before the party. I so wish I would’ve caught the sales lady’s name because she was sooo kind and so helpful. She took me over to some of the cutest shoes I’ve ever seen in a local department store (unfortunately they no longer had my size) but it was so nice that she understood the assignment! I found a pair that would work great still for only $15?! An even easier yes! At check out she was hyping me up for motherhood and we also had a sweet conversation about it. It felt like I was just talking to an old friend! Any other time I’ve come in this store it’s been a great experience as well but this one especially drove me to write a review!
